A native of Miami, Boscan joined the bank in an entry-level position while in college and in 2008 became vice president and Human Resources Manager. She was promoted to senior vice president and HR Manager in May of 2018 and SVP and Head of Human Resources in October of that year.

Boscan holds both a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida International University.

A member of the FIU Business Alumni Executive Board, Boscan resides in Miami Lakes with her husband and two daughters.
