As Vice President of Community and Stakeholder Relations, Coca-Cola North America, Alba Baylin leads community giving and engagement and initiatives on sustainability and women’s empowerment.
In 21 years with Coke, Alba has been Vice President of Foodservice Customer Marketing and Hispanic Marketing Group Director for North America; and Group Director of Shopper Marketing and Revenue Growth Management for Latin America. Prior to Coke, Alba spent 10 years in the hospitality industry with Hilton and Hyatt hotels.
She was named a Top 5 Latina Rising Star by the Association of Latino Professionals for America and Fortune Magazine, and a Latino Leader of the Future by Latino Leaders Magazine. Ser Padres Magazine named Alba one of 25 Latina Executive Moms Making a Difference. She was in the 2018 Leadership Atlanta class and serves on the boards of the Georgia State University Foundation, Junior Achievement of Georgia and Hands on Atlanta.
Born in Bucaramanga, Colombia, Alba holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Alba is married to Marc Baylin and is a proud mom to her eight-year-old daughter Sofia.
